Small Child PreK-3rd

1. $30 per session Speed/Agility or Weight Lifting

NOTE: Must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older)



Student 4th-12th grade

1.  $30 per session - Speed/Agility or Weight Lifting Session (Luthern High School)

2.  $40 per session - Speed/Agility or Weight Lifting Sessions (any school)

3. $50 per session - Speed/Agility AND Weight Lifting Sessions (any school)

4. $50 per session - Speed/Agility or Weight Lifting with 15 minute treatment & 30 minute sauna

 5. $60 per session- All Access includes Speed/Agility, Weight Lifting w/15 minute treatment &

30 minute Sauna

College students ( with valid ID)- 1 HR SESSION WITH TRAINER OR GROUP

1. $20 SPEED/ AGILITY OR WEIGHT LIFTING SESSIONS
2. $30 SPEED/AGILITY AND WEIGHT LIFTING SESSIONS
3. $40 SPEED/AGILITY AND WEIGHT LIFTING

Overtime Session (Freshmen-25 year old)

$20 per session Lifting only. Sessions are Monday-Friday at 7:30pm and are 1 hr 15 min

Adult 25-49 year old

1. $40 per session- workout will be determined based on assessment with personal trainer

NOTE: Receive $10 off any Aroma Recovery Service

2.  $100 Weekly Membership includes two week initial assessment with personal trainer, three

visits per week, trainer as needed thereafter.

3. $160 All Access Monthly Membership includes two week initial assessment with personal

trainer, three visits per week, 15 min treatment, 30 min sauna

4. $380 Monthly Membership includes two week initial assessment with personal trainer, three

visits per week, trainer as needed thereafter, and accountability partner.

5. $480 All Access Monthly Membership includes two week initial assessment with personal

trainer, three visits a week, 15 min treatment, 30 min sauna, and accountability partner.

Adult 50+ and Disabled Package

1. $30 per session- workout will be determined based on assessment with personal trainer

2. Aroma Recovery Service (Receive $15 off any Aroma Recovery Service)

Group

1. $500 per month All Access Family Package (up to 4 family members)

  2.  $50 per additional family members

Team Package

1. $100 per session Youth includes 60 min use of Speed/Agility AND Weight Lifting Areas and

stretching. No treatment or sauna. 

2.  $200 per session High School package includes 90 min use of Speed/Agility AND Weight Lifting

Areas AND use of sauna.

3. $250 per session Club Team package includes 90 min use of Speed/Agility AND Weight Lifting

Areas AND use of sauna

RULES

Gym Rules:

• Members PreK-15 years of age must be accompanied by parent/guardian at all times.

• Collars must be used on weight bars at all times.

• Report any damage or malfunctioning equipment to a staff member immediately.

• Do not drop weights or dumbbells.

• Return all weights and equipment to their proper racks after use.

• Proper workout attire and footwear are required.

• Limit the use of cardiovascular equipment to 30 minutes when others are waiting.

• Wipe off all cardiovascular equipment and benches when finished. Towels and cleaner will be supplied.

• Do not bring food, drinks, or sunflower seeds into the fitness area.

• Alcohol, tobacco products, and illegal drugs (including anabolic steroids) are prohibited.

• All payments must be made at time of registration.

• No cancellation fee.

• All payments are final. No refunds will be given.
